Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. To calculate shipping, add your items to cart, then enter your country, region, and zip code to see a shipping estimate.
Tracking details are sent via email and are usually available about 1-3 business days after the order was placed. If you have not received your tracking details yet, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment process of your order.
We offer international shipping for all our products. All international orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail, which takes approximately 10-15 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To make changes, or to cancel your order, you must contact us before the order has shipped, which usually takes about 1 business day after the order was placed. You may request changes to your billing, shipping, and contact details. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Any changes to the actual product purchased can only be made by cancelling the order. To request an order cancellation, please contact us right away.
Returns & ReplacementsWe offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We are confident that you will love your Techase Bidet. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Techase Bidet, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price. Click here to contact us with your order number to start the return process.
12 month warranty: N200B, N200W, N300C-1, N300C-2.
